Your Liveelulu™ kettle gets properly checked prior to shipping.

If your kettle arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at

hello@liveelulu.com so we can arrange a replacement or refund.

Change of Mind

If you change your mind, you may return your kettle within 30 days of purchase for a refund, provided it is.

Return Shipping

Return shipping costs are the buyer’s responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
