I wanted to primarily breastfeed, but I couldn’t always express extra milk when I needed to be away. Then, like many babies, Livee decided she didn’t want to be breastfed anymore - and suddenly our nights became much harder.

I found myself getting up in the middle of the night to prepare bottles, worrying not just about the water temperature, but how long it would take. Waiting in the kitchen for a bottle to heat or water to cool in the middle of the night was stressful and exhausting - and made it even harder to get back to sleep.
